Your satisfaction is very important to us, if your item arrives damaged or defective in any way please contact customer service at Support@PrintWorthyArt.com right away.  We will be happy to send you a replacement at no cost or issue you a full refund, whichever you prefer.
All of our personalized canvas are printed to order and designed just for you, if your personalized order is delivered undamaged and without any defects then it cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you would like to return an item that is not personalized, that was delivered correctly and in perfect condition, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. In these cases:
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
The item must be returned in the same condition it was received.
